The Feast of St. Adalbert will celebrated with a Mass on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 5:30 PM at St. Adalbert Basilica. The Am-Pol Eagle will also honor its 2015 Citizens of the Year at the Mass. There will be refreshments afterward in the back of the church.

This is a great opportunity to worship at St. Adalbert Basilica. The church is only open for Mass a handful of times of year. It's also a great opportunity to show support for the Am-Pol Eagle newspaper and the people in the community they are honoring with their annual awards. We are happy to host their awards.

The basilica is located at 212 Stanislaus Street. Click here for directions--->

Our Lady of Lourdes Feast Day - February 11

These are photos of Our Lady of Lourdes grotto. (click on images for full view)

Here is a prayer to Our Lady of Lourdes:

Oh ever immaculate Virgin, Mother of Mercy, Health of the Sick, Refuge of Sinners, Comfortess of the Afflicted, you know my wants, my troubles, my sufferings. Look upon me with mercy. When you appeared in the grotto of Lourdes, you made it a privileged sanctuary where you dispense your favors, and where many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal. I come, therefore, with unbounded confidence to implore your maternal intercession. My loving Mother, obtain my request. I will try to imitate your virtues so that I may one day share your company and bless you in eternity. Amen.

Saint Adalbert Basilica had a crowd of around 500 people show up for our annual Christmas Eve Mass.

Here is a collection of photos from the  Christmas Eve Mass & Children's Pageant.

Cornerstone of St. Adalbert's original combination church/school building, which was built in 1886 and destroyed by fire in 1889. The cornerstone survived and was incorporated into the current building - located in the rear of St. Adalbert's Basilica (Rother Ave. side).
